Machine Setter (m/f)

For MD ELEKTRONIK spol. s r.o. in Chotěšov, we are looking for new colleagues for the position of Machine Setter (m/f).

Job description:

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance of machinery
• Keeping the machines running as efficiently as possible – error rate, utilisation, operating costs, keeping the equipment clean and in working order
• Maintaining technological discipline – handling the equipment in accordance with manuals, training and safety instructions
• Proposing technical improvements to the equipment used and to production processes

3–4 months of thorough training at our training centre – we will teach you everything step by step.

We require:

• Technical education
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliability and willingness to work in a 3-shift rotating schedule
• Knowledge of precision mechanics, pneumatics or automation is an advantage, not a requirement
• Good health

We offer:

• CZK 168/hour
• Average bonus of approx. 10% of the basic rate (approx. 13% when all requirements are met)
• 4 weeks of holiday per year

• Transport to work: subsidised company transport (50% of the standard fare is deducted, 50% is taxed as employee income)
