How a Sick Leave Check Works

  1. You Provide the Details
    Tell us the name, address, and the time when the employee should be at home. We handle everything else.
  2. We Carry Out a Physical Check
    Our staff visit the employee at the stated address in accordance with the law. We carry out checks outside working hours — including after 10 pm — and at weekends.
  3. You Receive a Written Report
    The result is delivered to you as a written record — with the result, time of visit, and relevant findings. The document is legally usable.
  4. We Advise on Next Steps
    If the employee has violated the sick leave rules, we explain what steps you can take and how to handle the situation correctly from a legal perspective.
