FAQ

Agency Work

How does working through an employment agency work?

As an agency employee, you are formally employed by Europa Union Service — we pay your wages, make insurance contributions, and handle all administration. However, you work at our client company, which manages your day-to-day performance.

Am I entitled to the same conditions as a permanent employee of the company?

In terms of wages and basic working conditions — such as breaks, occupational safety, or working hours — you are legally entitled to comparable treatment to permanent employees in the same position. Company benefits such as meal vouchers, bonuses, or above-standard rewards are generally not available to agency employees — these are tied to a direct employment relationship with the client company.

When will I receive my pay?

Wages are paid on the agreed date — usually by the 15th of the following month. The payslip is delivered by email or post.

What if I don't like the assigned position?

Contact us — you don't have to sort anything out yourself. We'll discuss the situation and, where possible, offer an alternative position.

Can I work through the agency even if I'm a foreign national?

Yes, we employ workers from EU countries and from third countries. We'll help you secure the necessary permits, register with the relevant authorities, and assist with other administrative steps.

Will I receive a fixed-term or open-ended contract?

It depends on the nature of the position and the agreement with the client. You will always know in advance how long the contract runs and what the conditions for potential extension are.

How can I apply for work through Europa Union?

Send us your CV via the website form, call us, or write to us. We'll advise you which positions match your profile.
