Production Worker / Warehouse Assistant (m/f)

For MD ELEKTRONIK spol. s r.o. in Chotěšov, we are looking for new colleagues for the position of Production Worker / Warehouse Assistant (m/f).

This is an entry-level position with training. Once you are fully trained and have proven yourself, you can move to another position with a higher wage and additional allowances.

Job description:

• Assembly and completion of cable harnesses and electronic components according to work procedures
• Operating simple production equipment
• Visual quality inspection of manufactured parts
• Working with small components and tools

We require:

• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliability and willingness to work in a 3-shift rotating schedule
• Production experience is an advantage, not a requirement
• Good health
• Primary education

We offer:

• CZK 131/hour (CZK 157/hour after training)
• Average bonus of approx. 10% of the basic rate (approx. 13% when all requirements are met)
• 4 weeks of holiday per year

• Extra pay for night work, overtime, weekend and public holiday work – all in accordance with the law
• Transport to work: subsidised company transport (50% of the standard fare is deducted, 50% is taxed as employee income)
